Kristopher J. Battles, artist
Kristopher Battles is a contemporary fine artist and
illustrator, working in a variety of media to create
contemporary images which honor the highest
traditions of representational art.
Kristopher graduated with a BFA from Northeast
Missouri State University in 1991 and has pursued his
love of art ever since. Drawing or painting what he
sees has always been a thrill and a challenge, and he
brings this love to each creation.
Currently, he is proudly serving our country as a
United States Marine Corps Combat Artist. Sgt.
Kristopher Battles has deployed overseas during
several Overseas Contingency Operations, including
Iraq, Afghanistan, and Haiti.
All of his combat art is part of the United States Marine
Corps Combat Art Collection.
Kristopher’s paintings and portraits are in the
collections of individuals and institutions across the
country and overseas.
